The Werner Tybee Fiberglass is a high angle touring paddle. This 4-piece breakdown version makes it perfect as a spare expedition paddle, or as a paddle you can pack for flights to far flung paddling destinations.
It is the same Tybee as Werner's popular 2-piece version. High angle nylon reinforced fiberglass blades for powerful strokes in dynamic conditions. Carbon fiber shaft. And it's got the same Smart View 15-degree adjustable ferrule. But this is a trick up its sleeve...it can be stowed in a kayak hatch or in your luggage. If you've rented kayaks overseas you've probably suffered less-than-satisfactory rental paddles. Now, you can bring your own!

Important Note from Werner!
The white dots on the shaft and blade insert are indicators for lining up the right shaft piece with the right blade. Connect the pieces with the white dots together. Mixing up the parts could cause the paddle to be stuck together.
