The design gives this canoe huge capacity, stability and efficiency. Its moderate rocker gives it just enough maneuverability but otherwise it's easy to keep on course. It has both excellent primary stability and secondary stability. The shallow arch hull gives the former, and low-slung seats coupled with flared sides the latter.
It has bucket seats bow and stern. The bow seat is adjustable and the stern paddler gets a foot brace.
