The Aire Tributary Tomcat Tandem is a tandem inflatable whitewater kayak for paddlers of all skill levels. The Tomcat Tandem IK is made of a PVC shell with a vinyl bladder, which can handle serious white water. With vinyl bladders and a rugged PVC outer shell, this durable little inflatable will continue to be a reliable boat as skills improve. The scuppers drain so fast that this kayak never feels weighted down with splash. Comfortable inflatable seats come standard. The redesign features updated bow and stern dodgers, new logo, mesh drain system, improved shape, flip handles, welded seams and bow/stern d-rings.
This kayak can also be paddled solo by moving a seat to the center.
Inflatable whitewater kayaks area also ideal for those with storage or transportation challenges. An inflatable can fit in a closet for storage. And they are used on expeditions where a bush plane flies the paddlers to the put in.
