Smaller framed paddlers can take on an expedition with the Stellar Intrepid LV Multi-Sport sea kayak, featuring a British-Greenland Styles inspired design. Outfitted for expeditions, it boasts tough aramid-carbon hull construction, 3 hatches, a retractable skeg, grippy thigh braces, deck lines, and sealed bulkheads. This particular kayak also comes with a rudder plus skeg. Designed for smaller to mid-sized paddlers, the cockpit, seat, 70P compass recess, and thigh braces ensure comfort and optimal performance. Its hard chines allow for play in various conditions while the keel and water lines increase efficiency for smooth paddling. With this sea kayak, smaller paddlers can make fully loaded island to island crossings with confidence and efficiency.
Multi-Sport Construction
Single skin laminate hull made of Carbon & Kevlar® fabric, with clear gelcoat finish, and the deck is the standard Advantage construction. The hull is designed to be flexible and durable, but creates a stiff boat that can take some abuse.
