P&H Vela Touring Kayak
P&H Vela Touring Kayak, fiberglass. Used, 2003 model in good condition. Includes cockpit cover and spray skirt. Has some some spider cracks in the gel coat, but the fiberglass laminate is solid.
The Vela is a classic sea kayak from Wales-based P&H Custom Sea Kayaks. Efficient for longer crossings, and can carry enough kit for kayak camping. Hull has hard chines to carve crisp turns. It comes with an adjustable skeg for tracking. Front, day and rear hatches with interior bulkheads. Sizing? It's best for small-to-medium sized paddlers. 175 lbs. is about the heaviest paddler for the Vela.
