They introduced kevlar, now called Aramid, to the market as well as a myriad of other design features that have become industry "standards." Their skirts are hand made in their factory in Friendsville, MD with the most durable materials available including 4mil double sided, double diamond articulated neoprene decks, 5 mil aramid fiber reinforced seals, and a unique semi-circular O-ring seal.
Mountain Surt offers two fit characteristics, EZON and Bombproof for all of our skirts. While bth fits are guaranteed to give you the warmest, driest, most secure seal available, the EZON fit is a little easier to get on and off your boat.
