    Kestrel 170T Hybrid w/R Details
    Our new Kestrel double kayak is a "crossover" tandem. It's shorter than a touring kayak and longer than a recreational kayak. The easy enter and egress cockpits are positioned far enough apart to allow non-synchronized paddling, and also makes room for a center hatch. All the other features you expect in a Kestrel are present, including dual paddle rests for each cockpit, and fishing rod holders. A rudder is standard. We build the 170T in fiberglass / Kevlar / graphite composite hybrid for the lightest weight.
