Here is a staff review by Dave Trageser of these new Keen booties.
They cost $70
Wearing my new pair of size 12s I comfortably fit my feet into all of the boats that I would actually paddle. And yes, that includes sea kayaks like the Tiderace Xplore and NDK Explorer HV or my ww kayak a Jackson Villain.
The soles are stiff so they may not fit super well in low volume boats, but that's why we stock the Cross 4...
Speaking of stiff soles, these things are super comfy and give great support. Shawn astutely pointed out that they'd be great for anyone doing the Colorado River (hiking from their boats) or something similar.
They feel very secure on my feet and feature a SIGNIFICANTLY more user friendly opening than the old Payette.
Rafters, canoeists and kayakers should eat this bootie up because of the great support and comfortable fit.
That's about it, feel free to come in to either Alder Creek shop to try on a pair and familiarize yourself with them, my guess is that they will be popular!
